The League Campaigns in favor of the SF Clean Energy Act
-Requires the city to transition away from fossil fuels towards clean, non-nuclear, sustainable energy production at affordable rates
-Directs the Public Utilities Commission to establish a document laying out a long-term integrated resource plan for transmission, distribution and electricity resources.
-The plan will assess the most effective means for providing clean, sustainable, reliable and reasonably priced electric services to residents, businesses and city departments
-It ensures that by 2017 51% of energy is clean, by 2030 75% is clean and by 2040 100% or the greatest amount technologically feasible is clean
